ParsNegar runs under Windows 3.1x and Windows 95 (as a 16bit application). It however is not supported under Windows NT, Arabic, Hebrew and Persian Windows.

It has been designed primarily to allow users of the Western versions of Windows to type Arabic and Farsi without having to install Farsi or Arabic Windows.
